Meet Chef Dora
Chef Dora’s passion for food dates back to her childhood. Her grandfather’s slow-roasted Hoisin Turkey with Shitake Chestnut stuffing, an early example of fusion cuisine, was a staple in their home and a source of comfort and love for the family. Over the generations, Chef Dora’s family has honed their own unique style of cooking, blending fresh ingredients with Asian flavors and American classics. Sharing meals around the table with family and friends has always been a cherished tradition.
Building on this foundation, Chef Dora has developed her craft over the last two decades, becoming an expert in creating her signature blend of cross-cultural influences and regional classics. She has honed her culinary style and her warm family approach to hospitality, bringing joy to all who dine with her.
With deep roots in her grandfather’s legacy as a family patriarch and small-restaurant owner, Chef Dora strives to continue his legacy of nourishing and bringing happiness to her extended family, whether they be relatives, friends, neighbors, clients or visitors. Chef Dora’s grandfather always cooked with love, and she seeks to do the same, creating personal and memorable experiences for each individual. Just as Chef Dora felt the love and comfort in her grandfather’s kitchen, she hopes to evoke the same feelings in all who sit at her table, making them feel like part of the family. “These are the moments that make life so sweet…so share the moment, the wholesome goodness, the love and the joy,” says Chef Dora.
