How late can our event run?
Music may play until 10:00pm, and events may continue until midnight. This makes Ocean Canyon a great fit for ceremonies, cocktail hours, dinner receptions, and relaxed celebrations that continue into the evening.

Is parking available?
Yes. On-site parking is available and included for events, making arrival easy for guests, vendors, and event teams.

What is included for dining and guest seating?
Ocean Canyon includes tables, chairs, and linens. Chef Dora Presents can also help coordinate dining layouts, buffet or plated service, food stations, bar service, and tablescape details based on your event style.

Can Chef Dora Presents handle food and catering?
Yes. Chef Dora Presents provides full-service catering for Ocean Canyon events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, private celebrations, cocktail receptions, stations, buffets, and custom menus.

Can we host both the ceremony and reception at Ocean Canyon?
Yes. The venue can be planned for ceremonies, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception flow. The space is flexible, and the team can help determine the best layout based on your guest count and event goals.

How many guests can Ocean Canyon accommodate?
Ocean Canyon can host events up to approximately 200 guests, depending on layout, service style, and event format. Final capacity should be confirmed during planning based on seating, entertainment, food service, and vendor needs.

Do you offer help with music?
Yes. Composer Dr. Severin Behnen is available for music support. Outside musicians, DJs, and entertainment vendors may also be considered based on event needs and venue guidelines.

Can you recommend a wedding officiant?
Yes. Pastor Joshua Berg offers personalized ceremonies that reflect your values and traditions. Outside officiants are also welcome.

Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. Outside vendors are welcome. Chef Dora Presents can also recommend trusted partners for photography, floral design, rentals, music, photo booths, candles, video, and event production.

Do you host open houses or venue tours?
Yes. Ocean Canyon hosts open house events where guests can experience the venue, enjoy Chef Dora’s food, meet featured vendors, and take in the views. RSVP is recommended when an open house date is available.

Is Ocean Canyon available for corporate events and private celebrations?
Yes. In addition to weddings, Ocean Canyon works well for corporate receptions, nonprofit events, milestone celebrations, memorials, private dinners, and community gatherings.
